Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel their services with at least 5 days’ notice before the start of their next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@teeples.net. Following your cancellation request, services will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which all services will cease.

  • Refunds: Refunds are available under the condition that the service has not yet commenced. If services have already begun, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you may cancel your services at any time under the conditions outlined above. This policy ensures that we can plan and allocate our resources effectively while also respecting the commitments made to our clients and team.
